Delivery Time

All our products are print-on-demand products, which means they are specially made for you. Once the order is made, it takes from 1 to 2 business days for fulfillment and 1 to 5 days for delivery which means the order will be delivered in a maximum of 7 business days.

The business days are from Sunday to Thursday, and all official vacations are not included in the business days.

Each order will go through 3 delivery attempts before returning.

Cancellation

Once the order is made, it cannot be cancelled because all our products is special made for you.

Return and Exchange

We only return or exchange products with bad production or problems in the material. To return or exchange the product due to the problems mentioned, it has to be within the first 24 hours of receiving the product. You send a clear picture of the problem in the product on the WhatsApp number 01027333127 or by email to info@boldandblank.com to solve the problem.

We do not exchange products due to size problems, so make sure your size is right, and you can check our size chart.

You can either exchange the product or refund the money.

The money is refunded in 1 to 3 business days through wallet transfer.
